Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in the United States. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist in operating a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A multi-week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mansioni

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest service standards.
• Lead hiring, training, and supervision to ensure store performance and standards.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement Panda's training program and growth opportunities.
