Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We offer a 3 or more weeks leadership training program, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including meals, health insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and opportunities for career growth within Panda Restaurant Group.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store and oversee associates to achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver strong store performance.
• Participate in the 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store leadership.
