• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance to complete bank deposits.
• Physical tasks: cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, maintaining outside areas like pumps.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and oversee store financials.
