Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends and holidays, likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning restrooms, trash, and pumps.
• Minimum age 21+ years.
• Proficient English and basic math.
• Willing to learn
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership that motivates the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned.
