GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a high-energy convenience store in Muskego, WI. You will support the Store Manager, handle cash, supervise and train staff, manage inventory and merchandising, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Open availability on weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts. This role offers weekly pay, a monthly bonus potential, and benefits including 401(k) and PTO, plus health coverage; sign-on bonus available after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays, and likely second or third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Physical readiness: able to clean restrooms, take out trash, and maintain outside areas.
• Minimum age requirement: 21+ years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math; willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms, trash areas, and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate your team to excel.
