GPM Investments, the operator of R-Stores-branded locations, is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4482 in Rothschild, WI. You will support operations, assist customers, and lead a team across shifts in a busy high-energy store.

Open availability is required, including weekends and holidays. The role offers growth to store management with weekly pay, bonus potential, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Open availability for weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid license and insurance for deposits.
• Physical tasks include cleaning, stocking, and pump maintenance.
• Must be 21 or older.
• Clear communication in English; basic math skills.
• Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run register, assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team for upselling and service excellence.
• Assist in hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
