GPM Investments, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run our high-energy convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, process transactions, and lead a team to deliver great customer service.

This role requires open availability for weekends and holidays, with second or third shifts common. You will work to grow within retail leadership, with weekly pay and bonus potential included.

Qualifications

• Proven customer service excellence and ability to lead a team.
• Authorized to perform cash handling and basic store banking tasks.
• Capable of coaching staff and delivering strong customer experience.
• Food Safety Certification or ability to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate teammates to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store finances.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team.
