Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager at our Rothschild, WI store to drive daily operations, customer service, and team leadership. You will support the Store Manager, run registers, coach staff, and ensure excellent store performance across shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The role requires open availability and a valid driver's license for deposits and store duties. A fast-paced environment with opportunities for growth and a $15/hour wage plus a $1000 sign-on bonus

Qualifications

• Open Availability: weekends, holidays, and likely second/third shifts.
• Driver's license and access to a vehicle; proof of insurance for deposits.
• Physical readiness: capable of cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, maintaining outside areas.
• Minimum age 18+ (or 21+ in some states) as required by law.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Act as manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
