Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle and proof of insurance.
• Physical readiness for cleaning, stocking and maintaining store areas.
• Minimum age of 21 years old.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Willing to learn certifications as required by the application process.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register with speed and accuracy and greet customers.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off.
• Oversee inventory, ordering and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Handle daily cash deposits and oversee store financials.
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
