GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our busy Greenfield, IN convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach team members, assist with hiring and training, and step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.

This role requires weekend/holiday availability, strong English and math skills, and a Food Safety Certification. We offer weekly pay, a bonus potential, 401(k), PTO, insurance, and clear career growth paths.

Qualifications

• Must have Food Safety Certification or be able to obtain one.
• Open availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age of 21+ years.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products.
• Assist with hiring, training, and leading a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules.
• Handle daily cash handling and deposits.
• Provide feedback to motivate the team.
