GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, customer service, and team leadership at our convenience store. You will run the register, coach staff, and ensure excellent service while managing inventory, scheduling, and store cleanliness.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+ and legal eligibility to work.
• Proficient English with basic math skills.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.
• Open availability including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers quickly and accurately.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits; oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Support other duties as assigned
