GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to keep our convenience store energized across all shifts. You’ll support the Store Manager, run the register, and lead a team focused on customer service and store success.

You must be dependable, with open availability for weekends and holidays. The role offers weekly pay, a potential monthly bonus, 401(k), PTO and opportunities for career growth toward store management.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to stay stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store and restrooms.
