GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our high-energy convenience store in Indiana. You will support daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure a welcoming customer experience on weekends, holidays, and second/third shifts.

This role offers weekly pay, bonus potential, and opportunities for growth. Ideal candidates are dependable with strong English communication, basic math, and a Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Food Safety Certification required or able to obtain.
• Proficient in English with basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed, accuracy, and a great attitude.
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service and store success.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep the store stocked.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store including restrooms and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure full coverage.
• Perform daily cash handling, deposits, and oversee store financials.
• Provide feedback and leadership to motivate the team to excel.
• Other duties as assigned
