GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Ayden, NC convenience store. You will support the Store Manager, run the register, coach a team, and lead on weekends and holidays. Open availability is a must, and you should expect to work second or third shifts.

You’ll be responsible for daily store operations, inventory management, scheduling, and ensuring great customer service. This role offers weekly pay, a possible monthly bonus, 401(k), PTO, health coverage, and a clear path

Qualifications

• 18+ years old
• English proficiency and basic math skills
• Open availability including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with day-to-day operations
• Run the register with speed and accuracy
• Coach and motivate team members to upsell
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team
• Step in as acting manager when needed
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment
• Create and manage team schedules for full coverage
• Perform daily cash handling and deposits
• Provide leadership to motivate the team to excel
• Other duties as assigned
