Charter Foods, a franchisee of leading brands in the Food & Beverage industry, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards and brand integrity.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, manage inventory and financial accountability, deliver safe, quality food on time, and help maintain a safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility.
• Basic computer literacy and comfortable with basic business math/financial concepts.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager with shifting operations and brand standards.
• Take ownership to solve problems and guide Team Members and Shift Managers.
• Ensure duties are completed, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner and maintain a safe environment.
