Job summary

Charter Foods is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in running great shifts and upholding Charter Foods standards. You will take ownership, solve problems with a smile, and guide others while ensuring duties are completed and inventory is managed.

You will help maintain financial accountability, deliver safe, quality food on time, and foster a safe environment for staff and guests in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• 50-hour work week.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Assist Restaurant General Manager to run great shifts and meet Charter Foods standards.
• Take ownership and solve problems with a positive attitude; guide team members.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all duties, manage inventory, and maintain financial accountability.
• Deliver safe, quality food to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
