Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC.
• Ensures accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and scheduling; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedules and on-boards new team members.
• Implements action plans to address needs and operational assessments.
