Job summary

Checkers & Rally’s is seeking a Shift Manager in Missouri to support the General Manager by overseeing shifts, driving sales, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will train team members, enforce policies, and help achieve profit targets in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of restaurant management experience (preferably QSR), solid math skills, and a high-energy, flexible approach to long hours and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years restaurant management experience, preferably in QSR.
• Proficient in basic math for daily operations and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible schedules and extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction and managing operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Train team members on operating policies and guest service.
• Identify and respond to complaints and policy violations.
• Help ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment.
