• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification.
• 1–2 years restaurant management experience in QSR.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic systems.

Responsibilities

• Builds sales and profits by promoting guest satisfaction and managing restaurant operations.
• Escalates concerns or recommendations with the restaurant, employees or guests to the General Manager.
• Assists with interviewing and hiring the right Team Members.
• Ensures policy and procedures are followed on shifts.
• Trains Team Members on operations, company policies and guest service.
• Identifies and responds to complaints and policy and procedure violations.
• Provides regular feedback and coaching to Team Members on their performance.
• Helps ensure the restaurant is a safe, clean and fun environment for our employees and guests.
