Checkers & Rally’s Drive-In Restaurants in Canton, OH is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in delivering great guest service, managing daily restaurant operations, and driving sales and profits.

You’ll train Team Members, handle interviews, ensure policy adherence, and foster a fast-paced, safe, and fun workplace aligned with our core values. This role requires 1–2 years in QSR management, a food safety certification, and strong communication and math skills.

Qualifications

• Restaurant management experience (1–2 years) in QSR preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety certification required or preferred.
• Strong math and basic reporting skills.
• Proven ability to train and coach Team Members.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build sales and profits by delivering guest satisfaction and managing daily operations.
• Escalate concerns or recommendations to the General Manager.
• Assist with interviewing and onboarding Team Members.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures during shifts.
• Train Team Members on operations and guest service.
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging restaurant environment.
