Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 4659 in Manchester, MI. This full-time role requires open weekends, holidays, and second/third shift availability, with a pay range of USD 15.73–17.73 per hour.

You will support operations, manage the register, and lead a team in delivering excellent service. The position offers weekly pay, a potential monthly bonus, 401(k) options, paid time off, health/dental/vision coverage, and a sign-on bonus after 6 months.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work weekends, holidays and second/third shifts.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance to complete deposits.
• Physically capable of cleaning restrooms, taking out trash, and maintaining exterior areas.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team focused on customer service.
• Step in as acting manager when the Store Manager is off.
• Handle inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock full.
• Maintain a clean store including restrooms, trash areas and fuel pumps.
• Create and manage team schedules; perform daily cash handling and deposits.
