GPM Investments, LLC seeks an Assistant Manager for our Ubly, MI store. You will support daily operations, handle registers, and lead a team focused on customer service and store success. Open availability and weekend/holiday shifts are required.

You’ll oversee inventory, scheduling, and store finances while fostering a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. A Food Safety Certification will help you hit the ground running.

Qualifications

• Open availability including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver's license and insurance.
• Comfortable with cleaning and upkeep tasks.
• Minimum age 18+ years.
• Proficient English communication; basic math.
• Willing to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Run the register and assist customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Help hire, train, and lead a high-performing team.
• Step in as acting manager when Store Manager is off.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising.
