GPM Investments, LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager for a fast-paced convenience store in Michigan. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, run the register, and lead a frontline team to deliver excellent customer service on every shift.

This role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, and a willingness to work second or third shifts. Growth opportunities lead toward store leadership with continued performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service and helping customers quickly.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team for great store performance.
• Experience supporting day-to-day store operations and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with daily store operations and leadership.
• Operate registers, serve customers with speed and accuracy.
• Coach and motivate team to upsell products and promotions.
• Assist in hiring, training, and supervising a high-performing team.
• Act as manager in the Store Manager's absence.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising to keep stock healthy.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming store environment and restrooms.
• Create and manage team schedules to ensure coverage.
• Oversee cash handling and deposits, and monitor store finances.
• Provide constructive feedback to encourage team excellence.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
