Qualifications

• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Restaurant management experience (QSR) for at least 6 months or 1 year in retail management.
• Strong communication, basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow directions; work autonomously when given directions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restaurant team during shifts to meet service standards.
• Oversee guest experience and drive-in goals while ensuring food quality and safety.
• Develop staff, schedule shifts, and provide coaching to improve performance.
