The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and adherence to operational procedures in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site work with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading a team and delivering strong guest service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations to ensure food safety and standards.
• Perform opening/closing duties and supervise a team of 4–12 employees.
• Oversee food preparation, service quality, and brand adherence.
• Schedule and assign work; monitor performance and provide coaching.
• Participate in evaluations and support promotions, transfers, or terminations.
• Help manage inventory, ordering, and paperwork; support events and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; ensure security procedures are followed.
