Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team in a fast-paced restaurant. You’ll focus on guest experience, food quality, safety, and keeping the store clean and welcoming.

Daily duties include supervising 4–12 staff, planning events and promotions, assisting with ordering and inventory, and training team members to deliver consistent service. This role offers full-time or part-time shifts depending on location and a range of team perks.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is desirable.
• Experience in restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a staff of 4-12 including assigning and evaluating work.
• Assist in planning special events and promotions in restaurant, coordinating any training needed to make events successful.
• Assist with product ordering and inventory as needed.
