Job summary
Windsor Fashions in Ashland, KY is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will drive sales, coach stylists, and partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations on the floor.
You will recruit and develop talent, organize scheduling, and ensure the Oasis experience while upholding Windsor policies and visual guidelines.

Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail management experience.
- Proven leadership to manage up to 25 employees.
- Strong communication in group and one-on-one settings.
- Flexible, reliable schedule including opening and closing the store.
Responsibilities
- Drive store sales and provide an omni-channel Oasis experience.
- Support Store Manager in hiring and talent development.
- Organize and plan daily operations on the sales floor.
- Lead, train, and coach a team of Stylists with feedback.
- Uphold Windsor policy and Visual Guidelines with integrity.
- Collaborate on merchandising decisions per Windsor directives.
- Champion Windsor values and foster respectful team culture.
