Windsor Fashions seeks an Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team and help drive sales, teamwork, and a superior customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing Stylist team, while ensuring daily operations run smoothly on the sales floor.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage up to 25 associates with a flexible schedule, including openings and closings.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Strong organization and scheduling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and overall performance through coaching and guidance.
• Support the Store Manager with talent recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Uphold Windsor Visual Guidelines and deliver an Oasis customer experience.
