Job summary

Windsor Fashions seeks an Assistant Manager in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support the Store Manager in driving sales, managing payroll, shrink, and expenses while mentoring a team of Stylists to deliver an exceptional Oasis experience for every customer.

You will recruit and onboard talent, organize operations on the shop floor, and uphold Windsor policies, visual guidelines, and brand standards. A strong communicator with leadership instincts excels here.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees.
• Quick thinker; resolves issues with customers and associates.
• Effective communicator in group settings and one-on-one.
• Welcomes feedback and continuous improvement.
• Flexible and reliable schedule, including opening/closing the store.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as part of the sales-directing team.
• Provide an omni-channel Oasis experience to customers.
• Coach and motivate a high performing Stylists team.
• Find and retain great talent; build a wide talent pool.
• Own the sales floor and manage daily operations.
• Lead training with Store Manager and foster continuous improvement.
• Uphold Windsor policies and Visual Guidelines; maintain neat, compliant store.
