EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead with HEART values and partner with the Store Manager to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience. You will ensure every customer is seen and connected with, upholding our culture and store standards while guiding a team on floor presence and service.

Responsibilities include coaching, merchandising, inventory and daily operations, with a focus on trends, customer outreach, and payroll-related support to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead by example and coach team members.
• Strong customer service mindset aligned with brand values.
