EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold our HEART values and ensure a premier styling experience in-store. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead a team, coach employees, and maintain store operations while driving customer engagement and Trendsend styling.

The role focuses on leading by example, staying current with fashion trends, and fostering growth within a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or leadership roles is preferred but not required.
• Strong presence on the sales floor and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to coach and develop team members to drive success.
• Embodies EVEREVE HEART values in daily interactions and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead with HEART values to reinforce brand culture across the team.
• Partner with Store Manager to ensure the EVEREVE Styling Experience for every customer.
• Support recruiting to build a strong store team aligned with HEART values.
• Coach, teach, and develop employees to drive performance and customer service.
• Oversee daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Drive sales through Trendsend styling, customer outreach, and payroll support.
• Meet store goals and manage division of responsibility by volume group.
