Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold our HEART values, champion the customer experience, and keep our brand experience consistent across stores. You will lead with humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships and tenacity on the sales floor and in daily operations.

Partner with the Store Manager to develop a high-performing team, coach staff to deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience, drive store goals, manage inventory, merchandising standards and timely payroll-related tasks.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly demeanor and ability to connect with customers and team.
• Retail leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Interest in fashion trends and brand representation.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through HEART values (humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, tenacity).
• Support recruiting to build a strong team aligned with culture.
• Maintain floor presence, fashion credibility and strong customer engagement.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by company and Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager in coaching and developing employees for success.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend, customer orders and payroll support.
• Meet sales goals and lead the team according to store volume.
