Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold our HEART-guided culture and ensure a personal styling experience for every customer in our Phoenix-area store. You will partner with the Store Manager to connect with every guest and uphold the EVEREVE Styling Experience across the brand.

You will coach and develop team members, maintain operations, and drive Trendsend and payroll-related tasks while leading by example in a high-energy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong store presence on the floor and stay fashion-forward.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by company and Store Manager.
• Assist in coaching and developing employees to drive success in their roles.
• Support daily store operations, inventory, fulfillment, merchandising, and visuals.
• Drive results through styling performance, Trendsend, customer outreach, and payroll support.
• Meet sales expectations based on store goals.
• Lead division of responsibility by volume group.
