Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead by example and uphold the brand's HEART values on the shop floor in Minnesota. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure every customer receives the EVEREVE Styling Experience, connecting with guests and guiding the team to deliver top-tier service.

You will drive results through coaching, merchandising excellence, and active involvement in Trendsend styling, payroll support, and day-to-day operations in a fast-growing retailer.

Qualifications

• Warm and friendly demeanor able to connect with customers and team.
• Retail or leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to coach and develop employees in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with recruiting and developing team.
• Maintain daily store operations and merchandising standards.
