Job summary

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to uphold our HEART values and deliver the EVEREVE Styling Experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to ensure every customer is seen and connected, guiding a team that embodies our culture on the floor.

You will coach employees, manage store operations, inventory, and visual standards while driving sales and Trendsend initiatives with a strong focus on customer service and leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of current fashion trends and brands.

• Retail or leadership experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead with HEART values on the sales floor and in daily operations.
• Assist Store Manager in coaching and developing team members.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, fulfillment, and merchandising standards.
• Drive results through styling, Trendsend support, and customer outreach.
• Uphold scheduling and payroll-related activities as directed.
• Support recruitment efforts to build a strong team.
• Lead division of responsibility by volume group.
