Chuck E. Cheese is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure guests leave happy. You will oversee staffing, quality control, and guest satisfaction while driving sales and maintaining costs. A rotation across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom will develop broad leadership experience in a family entertainment venue.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, 40-hour work week, and a focus on safety and guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift.

Aufgaben

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in one of four areas and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom with related duties.
