Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team in California. You will make daily operational decisions, supervise staff, and uphold guest service standards to ensure every guest leaves happy.

The role offers hourly pay in the CA market, with exempt and non-exempt commission potential on memberships and Fun Pass sales. You’ll gain leadership experience in a beloved family entertainment brand and contribute to safe, engaging experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law).

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
