Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese, by CEC Entertainment, LLC, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy, guest-focused team and drive daily operations to ensure every guest leaves happy.

You’ll oversee scheduling, training, and cost control, while rotating through Kitchen, Showroom, Gameroom, and Sales areas to maximize guest satisfaction and profitability. This role offers growth with a beloved family entertainment brand, competitive compensation, and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must work 40 hours per week.
• High-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP may allow younger per local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people; food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales by recruiting, training, developing, and motivating the team to meet expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI area and rotate across Kitchen, Showroom, Gameroom, and Sales.
• Oversee party planning, showrooms, and game room operations with focus on profitability.
• Monitor upselling programs and ensure quality assurance of all areas.
