Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience managing people, preferably in the food service industry.
• Must be able to work 40 hours a week and be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six (6) months is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
