CEC Entertainment is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team at Chuck E. Cheese, a flagship family entertainment leader. You’ll manage daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and collaborate to grow sales while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Compensation includes hourly pay with commission potential for Memberships and Fun Pass sales, plus a comprehensive benefits package. This role offers hands-on leadership in a dynamic, family-friendly environment where teamwork

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (RVP approval may allow hiring at the legally permitted age).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service or as Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximise profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an Area of Impact (AOI) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
