Huck’s Food and Fuel is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive profitable operations in a 100% employee-owned environment. You will uphold outstanding customer service, maintain store standards, and ensure compliance with policy and local laws.

You will recruit, schedule, train staff, manage inventory and expenses, and collaborate with district management to deliver results while embodying Huck’s customer-first philosophy.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing store operations.
• Strong customer service orientation.

• Effective scheduling and labor planning.
• Financial stewardship including budgeting and cash handling.
