Huck’s Market is seeking a dedicated Associate Manager to oversee shift operations, staffing, and customer service excellence. The role supports the Store Manager in profitability and policy adherence, with opportunities for promotion as training progresses.

The ideal candidate will uphold high standards for service, merchandising, and safety, while promoting Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously, adhering to Best In Class standards
• Observe shift hours and assist with scheduling and coverage
• Work to cover the store manager's days off and peak hours
• Communicate effectively with store associates and management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws
• Serve as a role model for conduct and customer service
• Monitor sales, cash, and operating discrepancies and report them
• Maintain proper uniform and ensure prompt, courteous service
• Record hours worked and process shift handovers
• Handle sales and refunds accurately as per manuals
• Address personnel issues in coordination with Store Manager
• Maintain safe shopping and working environment
• Operate and oversee merchandising, price accuracy, and stock levels
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness in maintenance procedures
• Ensure safety procedures and proper use of equipment and ladders
• Promote the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty app to customers
• Provide employee discounts and participate in loyalty program execution
