Job summary

Huck's Food and Fuel is seeking a Market Senior Associate to lead shift operations and contribute to profitability. This role emphasizes customer service, coaching, and adherence to store standards while training for potential managerial growth.

The position supports an employee-owned environment with a focus on teamwork and accountability. You will oversee daily tasks, ensure prompt service, manage cash procedures, and promote the Huck’s Bucks loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Adhere to store hours and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Willingness to relocate or participate in openings when available.
• Follow company policy and maintain safety and store cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously using the intercom and uphold Best In Class standards.
• Observe and adapt to shift hours as assigned by the Store Manager and help fill shifts.
• Cover the Store Manager's days off and work at least two evening shifts per week during peak hours.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and management; follow all laws and company policies.
• Maintain proper uniform appearance and ensure accurate cash handling and reporting of discrepancies.
• Ensure all safety, merchandising, and maintenance standards are followed throughout the shift.
