Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations. You will lead a team, coach staff, assist with hiring and scheduling, and ensure quality, speed, and service standards are met.

The role emphasizes teamwork, hands-on leadership, and maintaining brand standards in a busy dining environment. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Support the GM in overseeing daily store operations.
• Lead and coach team members to meet performance goals.
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues quickly.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, brand standards and policies.
• Supervise shifts and assign tasks.
• Open or close the restaurant based on schedule.
• Handle cash deposits and shift paperwork.
