Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in managing drive-in restaurant operations.
• Train and support other employees to ensure quality food in a clean, safe and efficient manner.
• Lead, coach and monitor Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards during shifts.
• Monitor compliance with employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Perform restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Manage staffing, inventory and food cost control; complete weekly inventory.
• Maintain documentation and records; support administrative tasks.
• Reinforce customer service focus and address guest requests promptly.
