Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management (QSR) or one year of entry-level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to multitask and follow directions with autonomy; solve problems.
• Willingness to abide by SONIC appearance and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and develop Great People to serve a SuperSONIC experience.
• Set staffing levels, manage inventory, and monitor food costs.
• Open and/or close the restaurant as needed.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, address requests, and resolve complaints.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and compliance with laws and company policies.
