SONIC Drive-In is hiring an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the drive-in. You will train and supervise crew members, oversee staffing and inventory, and ensure clean and safe food service while delivering great guest experiences.

Prepare for irregular hours, holidays and high guest volume with a focus on leadership, teamwork and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of six months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or one year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Willingness to abide by appearance, uniform and hygiene standards at SONIC.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate team members.

Responsabilidades

• Manages, trains, monitors and coaches Team / Crew Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Directs and assigns drive-in restaurant employees to meet standards.
• Adheres to employee handbook, policies and practices.
• Performs restaurant opening and/or closing duties.
• Monitors staffing, inventory and food cost control.
• Completes weekly inventory as needed.
• Assists in administrative duties including records and documentation.
• Reinforces customer service and resolves guest requests.
