Job summary

The AM must schedule and supervise a team of 20-45, including performing duties of a Shift Coordinator when needed. Evening/weekend hours required.

• Some understanding of P&L and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Directs restaurant team toward efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed of service guidelines.
• Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Performs duties of Hourly Shift Coordinator when necessary.
