Job summary

Scenthound is seeking an Assistant Manager in Green Bay to lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive store performance. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to dog wellness standards while managing revenue and costs alongside the area manager.

The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to work Saturdays. Physical stamina and reliable transportation are essential as you help run a busy pet service

Qualifications

Management experience required.
Customer service experience (retail, restaurant) required.
Strength to lift up to 70 pounds; stamina to stand for long periods.
Reliable transportation required.
Ability to work Saturdays required.

Responsibilities

Maintain a knowledgeable team that prioritizes dog wellness and safety.
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship for store employees.
Uphold quality standards through hands-on participation, employee audits, and training.
Communicate information from upper management to your team clearly and promptly; assist where needed to keep store on schedule.
