Job summary

Scenthound is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Huntsville location. You will run your own small business within the store, manage the team, engage with customers, and oversee revenue and costs with the area manager.

• Management or supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to train and mentor staff

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor store team to deliver high-quality dog wellness and safety standards
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure KPIs are met
• Coach and audit employees, and conduct training sessions
• Communicate updates from upper management to staff promptly
• Resolve customer concerns and manage client expectations
• Ensure safety of dogs and team members at all times
